- ¼ Cup peanut butter
- ¼ Cup + 2 Tablespoons coconut milk
- 1 Tablespoon Thai red curry paste
- ½ Tablespoon sriracha
- 1 Tablespoon rice wine vinegar
- 1 Tablespoon honey
- ½ Tablespoon toasted sesame oil
- ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- 1½ Tablespoons water
Instructions
- 1. Add all ingredients into a microwave safe glass bowl. Heat 30 sec. in microwave and whisk until blended.
