Refund Policy for Introductory Coaching Package (12 Sessions + 1 Free Intro)
All dates are Eastern time.
Refund Windows:
- Full Refund — No Questions Asked
Requests received on or before Thursday, December 11, 2025: 100% refund of the package price. - Full Refund minus Foundation Session Rate
Requests received Friday, December 12, 2025 through Monday, January 5, 2026: Refund equals the full package price minus $70 (the standard rate of the Foundation Session), regardless of whether the Foundation Session has occurred. - Prorated Refund (Completed Sessions Deducted)
Requests received Tuesday, January 6, 2026 through Friday, May 1, 2026:
Refund equals the full package price minus the standard rate(s) for any completed session(s) to date: Foundation $70, Goal Planning $50, and each Ongoing Session $35. The Free Intro Session has no monetary value and is not deducted.
If the total standard rates of completed sessions exceed the price paid, no refund will be issued. - No Refund
Requests received after Friday, May 1, 2026: No refunds.
How “Completed Session” Is Defined
A session counts as completed once it begins, whether attended live or virtually. Missed or late-canceled appointments that do not meet the rescheduling policy are treated as completed for refund purposes.
How to Request a Refund
Email [email protected] with the subject line “Refund Request – Introductory Coaching Package.” Include your full name and purchase email. Refunds are processed to the original payment method.
Rescheduling & Missed Sessions
- Rescheduling: Please reschedule at least 24 hours in advance to avoid losing the session.
- Late Cancellations/No-Shows: Sessions canceled within 24 hours or missed without notice are counted as completed and deducted at the standard rate listed above.
Transfer Policy
Packages are not transferable without prior written consent.
Coach Illness / Emergency / Force Majeure
If coach illness, emergency, or force majeure prevents a session from taking place, you will be offered prompt rescheduling options. If sessions cannot be reasonably rescheduled, the value of any undelivered paid sessions will be refunded as listed below (the Free Intro Session has no monetary value), except in cases of discounted purchases – see “Discounted Purchases” section below.
Each Ongoing Session (undelivered): $31.65, Foundation (undelivered): $63.30, Goal Planning (undelivered): $45.21
Discounted purchases: If a coupon or promotional discount was used, the refund for any undelivered session(s) will be reduced by the same discount percentage applied to the order. If a fixed-amount coupon was used, that amount will be converted into a percentage of the $425 package price (coupon ÷ $425), and each session’s refund will be reduced by that percentage. In all cases, total refunds will not exceed the price actually paid (minus any prior refunds).
