What is included in the Introductory Coaching Package:
NOTE: All sessions will be virtual unless other arrangements are made and agreed upon by both coach and client.
Package includes 12 sessions + 1 free intro session. Sessions begin the week of January 5th. All sessions in the package must be completed by May 1st.
- Free Intro Session (1): This is a 15 minute session where you will learn more about what health coaching is, what it entails, and how it can help you reach your goals.
- Foundation Session (1): In this 1-hour session, I will learn about you, your strengths, values, goals, and your overall vision for a healthy, happy life. I want to know what gets you excited, what motivates you, and your “why” for your goals. You’ll leave with a small step to take before our next session.
- Goal Planning Session (1): In this session we will co-create your personal health and wellness plan based on the goals you want to achieve. We will develop a plan relevant to you that is specific and measurable. You’ll leave with your health and wellness plan plus an action step or steps for the upcoming week.
- Ongoing Sessions (10): We’ll be focused on your action steps, progress, and any adjustments we need to make to your plan as we go through the process.
How it works:
- Buy your Introductory Coaching Package (Note: You will be asked to create an account before purchasing. This allows you to make an appointment once you have purchased the package)
- You’ll get an invoice email. At the bottom, you’ll see this: “Manage your sessions” with a link. Click the link and schedule your sessions.
