Coaching Session Packages
How it works:
- Schedule a free 15 intro session to learn about health coaching and how it can help you reach your goals. You can do that here. Go to the bottom of the screen and then choose “Emily Haygood” under “Select Staff Member”. (Note: You will be asked to create an account when scheduling.)
- Buy your Introductory Coaching Package. (Note: You will be asked to create an account before purchasing, if you haven’t already done so. This allows you to make an appointment once you have purchased the package.)
- You’ll get an invoice email. At the bottom, you’ll see this: “Manage your sessions” with a link.
- Use that link to schedule your Foundation Session by clicking the “Make New Appointment” button at the top of the page. (Note on the summary page, make sure to click the drop-down menu that says “Select Package.” This will remove the charges for the session.

What is included in the Introductory Coaching Package:
NOTE: All sessions will be virtual unless other arrangements are made and agreed upon by both coach and client.
Package includes 12 sessions + 1 free intro session. Sessions begin the week of January 5th. All sessions in the package must be completed by May 1st.
- Free Intro Session (1): This is a 15 minute session where you will learn more about what health coaching is, what it entails, and how it can help you reach your goals.
- Foundation Session (1): In this 1-hour session, I will learn about you, your strengths, values, goals, and your overall vision for a healthy, happy life. I want to know what gets you excited, what motivates you, and your “why” for your goals. You’ll leave with a small step to take before our next session.
- Goal Planning Session (1): In this session we will co-create your personal health and wellness plan based on the goals you want to achieve. We will develop a plan relevant to you that is specific and measurable. You’ll leave with your health and wellness plan plus an action step or steps for the upcoming week.
- Ongoing Sessions (10): We’ll be focused on your action steps, progress, and any adjustments we need to make to your plan as we go through the process.
