Coaching Session Packages

How it works:

  1. Buy your Introductory Coaching Package (use code JANUARY for 50%). This reserves one of the limited January coaching spots. (Note: You will be asked to create an account before purchasing. This allows you to make an appointment once you have purchased the package.)
  2. You’ll get an invoice email. At the bottom, you’ll see this: “Manage your sessions” with a link. Click the link and schedule your Free 15-minute Intro Session (this can be done before January if you’d like).
  3. You’ll get a reminder in December to schedule your Foundation Session (no codes needed- When you login, the system will recognize you and automatically remove the charges at checkout.)
  4. In January, start working on reaching your health and wellness goals in a way that will guide you towards lasting change instead of quick unsustainable fixes.

Refund Policy

What is included in the Introductory Coaching Package:
NOTE: All sessions will be virtual unless other arrangements are made and agreed upon by both coach and client.
Package includes 12 sessions + 1 free intro session. Sessions begin the week of January 5th. All sessions in the package must be completed by May 1st.

  1. Free Intro Session (1): This is a 15 minute session where you will learn more about what health coaching is, what it entails, and how it can help you reach your goals.
  2. Foundation Session (1): In this 1-hour session, I will learn about you, your strengths, values, goals, and your overall vision for a healthy, happy life. I want to know what gets you excited, what motivates you, and your “why” for your goals. You’ll leave with a small step to take before our next session.
  3. Goal Planning Session (1): In this session we will co-create your personal health and wellness plan based on the goals you want to achieve. We will develop a plan relevant to you that is specific and measurable. You’ll leave with your health and wellness plan plus an action step or steps for the upcoming week.
  4. Ongoing Sessions (10): We’ll be focused on your action steps, progress, and any adjustments we need to make to your plan as we go through the process.
