A5) Third-Party Links
Our site may link to third-party websites. We’re not responsible for their content, policies, or practices.
A6) No Warranties for Website
The website is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not warrant that content is error-free or that the site will be uninterrupted.
A7) Copyright Concerns (DMCA)
If you believe content on our site infringes your copyright, email [email protected] with: (a) your contact info, (b) the work you claim is infringed, (c) the exact URL of the allegedly infringing material, and (d) a statement under penalty of perjury that you’re authorized to act.

Your use of the site is also governed by our Privacy Policy and Cookie Notice (if applicable). We use analytics and may use cookies to improve your experience.
A9) Changes to Website Terms
We may update these Website Use Terms periodically and will post the “Last updated” date.
B) Health Coaching Service Terms
The following sections (1–21) apply when you purchase or use our health & wellness coaching services.
B1) Who We Are & What We Do
Savored Joy provides health and wellness coaching to help clients develop sustainable habits around nourishment, movement, rest, and restoration. Coaching focuses on education, accountability, and behavior change skills.
Not a substitute for healthcare. We do not diagnose or treat. We do not prescribe medications or supplements. We do not provide therapy services. Always consult your licensed healthcare provider regarding medical conditions or changes to your care.
B2) Eligibility
Our Services are offered to adults (18+). Coaching for minors ages 13–17 is not offered online and is subject to separate policies. Any minor services must be discussed in person with the minor’s legal guardian, at which time our written policies will be provided and the scope of services appropriate for minors will be reviewed. We do not provide Services to children under 13.
B3) Client Responsibilities
You agree to:
• Provide complete and accurate information relevant to your health history, goals, preferences, medications/supplements, allergies, and lifestyle, and to promptly update us if anything changes. You understand we rely on the information you provide to deliver appropriate coaching.
• Consult your licensed healthcare provider before implementing any changes that could affect your health.
• Use your own judgment and personal responsibility when acting on coaching ideas.
• Refrain from recording sessions without written consent from both parties.
If we reasonably believe information is incomplete, inaccurate, or withheld, we may decline or discontinue Services, reschedule until clarification is provided, and/or limit coaching to general education. Misrepresentation may affect eligibility for refunds as set out in the Refunds Policy.
B4) Scheduling, Cancellations, & No-Shows
• Scheduling: Sessions are booked via our designated scheduling system. Your session time is reserved exclusively for you.
• Rescheduling/Cancellation Window: Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your session start time to avoid forfeiting that session (or incurring a fee, as applicable).
• Late Arrivals: If you arrive late, sessions will end at the scheduled time.
• No-Shows: Missed sessions without timely cancellation may be treated as used/forfeited.
• Coach Illness/Emergency/Force Majeure: If we’re unable to hold a session due to illness, emergency, or force majeure, we’ll offer prompt rescheduling. If reasonable rescheduling is not possible, undelivered paid sessions will be refunded per Section 6 and our Refunds Policy.
B5) Packages, Memberships, and Free Intro Session
• Packages & Pricing: The scope, price, and number/length of sessions are listed on the Services checkout pages and/or in your client agreement.
• Use-By Date: Packages may include an expiration or “use-by” period; any such period will be shown at purchase.
• Transferability: Packages are non-transferable unless agreed upon in writing.
• Free Intro Session: If offered, the free introductory session has no monetary value and cannot be exchanged, sold, transferred, or redeemed for cash or credit.
B6) Payments, Coupons, and Refunds
• Payments: We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. You authorize us and our payment processor to charge your chosen method for all purchases. You are responsible for any taxes, where applicable.
• Coupons/Promotions: If you use a percentage discount, any eligible refund of undelivered sessions will be reduced by that same percentage. If you use a fixed-amount coupon, that amount will be converted into an equivalent percentage of the package price and applied proportionally to each session’s refundable value.
• Refunds: Refunds (when available) are governed by our Refunds Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Total refunds will not exceed the price actually paid.
• Processing: Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within a commercially reasonable time frame (payment processor timelines may vary).
B7) Results & No Guarantees
Coaching outcomes depend on many personal factors. We do not guarantee any specific results, outcomes, or changes in health, weight, fitness, lab values, or other metrics.
B8) Intellectual Property
All content we provide—session materials, worksheets, guides, text, graphics, logos, and the website content—is owned by Savored Joy LLC or licensed to us and is protected by intellectual-property laws. You may use materials for your personal, non-commercial purposes only and may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
B9) Testimonials & Reviews
With your written permission, we may share your testimonial, first name/initials, and general location (e.g., city/state). You may withdraw permission at any time for future uses by contacting us (this will not require us to remove prior printed materials already in circulation).
B10) Privacy
We handle your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy (separate document/page). By using the Services, you consent to the collection and use of information as described there.
B11) Communications
By providing your email or phone number, you consent to receive transactional communications (e.g., confirmations, reminders, receipts). You may opt into or out of marketing messages per our Privacy Policy and the unsubscribe instructions provided.
B12) Third-Party Tools & Payment Processors
We may use third-party platforms (e.g., scheduling, video conferencing, payment processing). Your use of those tools is subject to their terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party outages or errors, though we’ll make reasonable efforts to support resolution.
B13) Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or failures to perform due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, public health events, power outages, internet failures, or government actions. See also Section 4 regarding rescheduling/refunds.
B14) Disclaimer of Warranties
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” That means we don’t promise they’ll meet every need, be uninterrupted, or be error-free. To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all implied warranties (like merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement).
B15) Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Savored Joy LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any lost profits, revenues, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the Services giving rise to the claim in the three (3) months preceding the event.
B16) Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Savored Joy LLC and its owners, managers, contractors, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your misuse of the Services or breach of these Terms.
B17) Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time for conduct we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other clients or our business. You may also stop using the Services at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive (e.g., IP, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification) shall survive termination.
B18) Changes to the Services or Terms
We may update the Services or these Terms from time to time. We’ll post the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
B19) Governing Law; Dispute
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflicts of law rules. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in Cobb County, Georgia for any dispute not resolved as below.
Informal Resolution: Before filing a claim, both parties agree to attempt in good faith to resolve disputes informally within 30 days after written notice describing the issue and desired resolution. Either party may bring qualifying disputes in small-claims court in Cobb County, Georgia.
B20) Entire Agreement; Severability; Waiver
These Terms (together with the Refunds Policy and Privacy Policy) are the entire agreement between you and Savored Joy regarding the Services. If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of our right to do so later.
