Servings: small salads
Ingredients
Salad:
- 6 Cups mixed salad greens
- 1 Cup parsley leaves
- ¾ Cup fennel fronds
- 2 Tablespoons diced chives
- 3 medium radishes sliced
Maple Spiced Walnuts:
- ¼ Cup chopped walnuts
- ½ Tablespoons maple syrup
- 1 pinch salt
- ¼ teaspoon pepper
- 1 pinch garlic powder
- 1 pinch cayenne
- 1 pinch cardamom
Dressing:
- ½ recipe Blue Cheese Vinaigrette
Instructions
- Add all Maple Spiced Walnuts ingredients to a small baking tray lined with parchment. Toss with spoons to coat evenly and toast until nuts are just beginning to brown. Set aside to cool.
- If you haven’t already, make Blue Cheese Vinaigrette according to recipe linked in ingredient list. Set aside.
- Add all Salad ingredients to a large salad bowl, sprinkle with Maple Spiced Walnuts, Drizzle Blue Cheese Vinaigrette over the top.
