Ingredients

  • ¼ Cup peanut butter
  • ¼ Cup + 2 Tablespoons coconut milk
  • 1 Tablespoon Thai red curry paste
  • ½ Tablespoon sriracha
  • 1 Tablespoon rice wine vinegar
  • 1 Tablespoon honey
  • ½ Tablespoon toasted sesame oil
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • Tablespoons water

Instructions

  • 1. Add all ingredients into a microwave safe glass bowl. Heat 30 sec. in microwave and whisk until blended.
