Spicy Roasted Cauliflower

Cauliflower florets are roasted to perfection with sesame oil and garlic, then drizzled in a tangy, spicy sauce that balances honey sweetness with the heat of sriracha and crushed red pepper.

Ingredients

Cauliflower

  • 6 Cups cauliflower florets
  • 2 Tablespoons avocado oil
  • 1 Tablespoon sesame oil
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon pepper
  • 2 teaspoons toasted sesame seeds

Sauce

  • 2 Tablespoons sesame oil
  • 1 Tablespoon avocado oil
  • 3 Tablespoons rice wine vinegar
  • ¾ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper
  • teaspoon onion powder
  • 2 ½ teaspoons toasted sesame seed
  • ¾ teaspoon dry Thai red curry spices
  • ½ teaspoon crushed red pepper
  • 2 ¼ teaspoons honey
  • 2 Tablespoons Greek yogurt
  • 1 ½ Tablespoons sriracha sauce
  • 2 teaspoons soy sauce

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 425℉. Place cauliflower on a baking tray. Add the remaining Cauliflower ingredients and toss until evenly coated. Spread the cauliflower into single layer. Bake for 15-20 min. until browning begins.
  • While cauliflower is roasting, make the Sauce by combining all Sauce ingredients into a small bowl and mixing well with a whisk.
  • To serve, toss sauce into roasted cauliflower and serve hot.
