Spicy Roasted Cauliflower
Cauliflower florets are roasted to perfection with sesame oil and garlic, then drizzled in a tangy, spicy sauce that balances honey sweetness with the heat of sriracha and crushed red pepper.

Cauliflower
- 6 Cups cauliflower florets
- 2 Tablespoons avocado oil
- 1 Tablespoon sesame oil
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon pepper
- 2 teaspoons toasted sesame seeds
Sauce
- 2 Tablespoons sesame oil
- 1 Tablespoon avocado oil
- 3 Tablespoons rice wine vinegar
- ¾ teaspoon garlic powder
- ¼ teaspoon pepper
- ⅜ teaspoon onion powder
- 2 ½ teaspoons toasted sesame seed
- ¾ teaspoon dry Thai red curry spices
- ½ teaspoon crushed red pepper
- 2 ¼ teaspoons honey
- 2 Tablespoons Greek yogurt
- 1 ½ Tablespoons sriracha sauce
- 2 teaspoons soy sauce
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425℉. Place cauliflower on a baking tray. Add the remaining Cauliflower ingredients and toss until evenly coated. Spread the cauliflower into single layer. Bake for 15-20 min. until browning begins.
- While cauliflower is roasting, make the Sauce by combining all Sauce ingredients into a small bowl and mixing well with a whisk.
- To serve, toss sauce into roasted cauliflower and serve hot.
