Cauliflower florets are roasted to perfection with sesame oil and garlic, then drizzled in a tangy, spicy sauce that balances honey sweetness with the heat of sriracha and crushed red pepper.
Preheat oven to 425℉. Place cauliflower on a baking tray. Add the remaining Cauliflower ingredients and toss until evenly coated. Spread the cauliflower into single layer. Bake for 15-20 min. until browning begins.
While cauliflower is roasting, make the Sauce by combining all Sauce ingredients into a small bowl and mixing well with a whisk.
To serve, toss sauce into roasted cauliflower and serve hot.
