Ingredients
- 10 ounces pitted medjool dates
- ½ Cup + 2 tablespoons water.
Instructions
- Place dates in food processor and turn on. Pour water through chute and process until smooth and slightly whipped in texture. Stop several times while processing to scape sides.
- Store in fridge for up to a month or keep in freezer and thaw before using for longer storage time.
Notes
- Use this as a filling in bars or cookies.
- This is a great refined sugar replacement in many recipes.
- Delicious as a spread on waffles or pancakes
