  • 2 cloves black garlic minced
  • 3 Tablespoons tahini paste
  • 2 Tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 2 Tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 Tablespoons warm water
  • 2 teaspoons dijon mustard
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 3 Tablespoons grated fresh parmesan


  • Add all ingredients to small bowl or glass jar and whisk until blended. Store in fridge until ready to serve.
