Ingredients
- 2 cloves black garlic minced
- 3 Tablespoons tahini paste
- 2 Tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 2 Tablespoons olive oil
- 3 Tablespoons warm water
- 2 teaspoons dijon mustard
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- 3 Tablespoons finely grated fresh parmesan
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to small bowl or glass jar and whisk until blended. Store in fridge until ready to serve.
