It’s zucchini season…

Zucchini is in season here in Georgia from late April to November, but this may vary a bit for you depending on where you live. It is particularly abundant this time of year and has so many culinary uses!

How I Use It

  • roasted with olive oil and fresh herbs from the garden
  • substituting half of spaghetti noodles for zoodles
  • raw and shredded into salads or cut into sticks to eat with hummus or other dips
