12Ouncesokracut in half length-wise – cut larger okra in half widthwise as well.

Ranch Dressing
¼CupGreek yogurt
2clovesblack garlicminced
1Tablespoonpickle juice
1teaspoondried dill
¼teaspoongarlic powder
½teaspoonhoney
⅛teaspooncayenne pepper
⅛teaspoonground cumin
½teaspoonpepper
Instructions
Preheat oven to 425℉. Add okra to baking tray. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Toss to coat evenly and then spread in single layer cut-side down. Roast for 20-30 minutes until cut sides are browned (check for doneness by carefully turning a couple of okra pieces over. They should be well-browned but not burned).
While okra is cooking make ranch by combining all dressing ingredients & stirring to blend.
Serve okra with ranch for dipping.
Notes
The dressing also is great on salads or with raw vegetables.
Be careful of pickle ingredients (for pickle juice in recipe). Pickles often contain fillers and natural flavors.
