Mixed Greens With Maple Spiced Walnuts & Blue Cheese Vinaigrette

Ingredients

Salad:

  • 6 Cups mixed salad greens
  • 1 Cup parsley leaves
  • ¾ Cup fennel fronds
  • 2 Tablespoons diced chives
  • 3 medium radishes sliced

Maple Spiced Walnuts:

  • ¼ Cup chopped walnuts
  • ½ Tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1 pinch salt
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper
  • 1 pinch garlic powder
  • 1 pinch cayenne
  • 1 pinch cardamom

Dressing:

Instructions

  • Add all Maple Spiced Walnuts ingredients to a small baking tray lined with parchment. Toss with spoons to coat evenly and toast until nuts are just beginning to brown. Set aside to cool.
  • If you haven’t already, make Blue Cheese Vinaigrette according to recipe linked in ingredient list. Set aside.
  • Add all Salad ingredients to a large salad bowl, sprinkle with Maple Spiced Walnuts, Drizzle Blue Cheese Vinaigrette over the top.
