Line a baking tray with parchment and add carrots to tray.
Sprinkle with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and ground ginger and drizzle with olive oil. Toss to coat. Evenly spread carrots across pan.
Bake 15 minutes. While carrots are beginning to roast, make Glaze by adding all Glaze ingredients to a small bowl and whisking together.
